The range of filter driers cover both hermetic filter driers and filter driers with exchangeable core. The hermetic filter drier is delivered with various functions: standard filter drier, bi-flow filter drier, combi filter drier and burn-out filter drier. For the filter drier with exchangeable core the program cover: standard core for CFC / HCFC, standard core for HFC, burn-out core and mechanical filter. The filter drier housing is available with 1 to 4 cores.


Emerson moisture indicators are designed to provide an accurate method of determining the moisture content of a system’s refrigerant. The HMI is the highest sensitivity moisture indicator available and it detect moisture at 3% relative humidity (RH) providing plenty of time to make necessary adjustments before any damage is done. The Emerson AMI moisture indicator features a take-apart design for easier repair and the A-IHL saddle design moisture indicator is ideal for large diameter tubing.


Thermostatic expansion valves regulate the injection of refrigerant liquid into evaporators. Injection is controlled by the refrigerant superheat. The range of thermostatic expansion valves cover different valves designed for specific applications. The valves are delivered with connections in flare, solder copper or stainless steel / copper bi-metal connections. Electronic expansion valves provide system performance over a wide range of system operating capacity under tighter operating conditions. It allows for reduction of system costs and energy saving and it can be used for high pressure applications.


In most refrigeration applications, it is necessary to start or stop the flow in the refrigerant circuit to automatically control the fluids in the system. An electronically operated solenoid valve is usually used for this purpose. Its basic function is the same as a manually operated shut off valve, but by being solenoid actuated, it can be positioned in remote locations and may be conveniently controlled by simple electrical switches.


The range of pressure controls and thermostats cover a lot af applications within refrigeration and air conditioning.
